Electric humidors ship by freight directly from the manufacturer, not from our warehouse, so they do not follow our standard 2-6 business day shipping. Each product page shows whether your humidor is in stock at the manufacturer’s U.S. warehouse or on backorder, along with the estimated delivery time for that model. Please check the product page for your humidor’s timeline before you order. Timelines vary by brand and model, and we’ll email you updates and tracking after you order. Shipping is free, and expedited shipping is not available for large products like electric humidors.

Damage in transit
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, and we’re here to make things right if anything goes wrong. If your humidor shows signs of damage during delivery, please contact us at support@northwoodshumidors.com within 3 business days of receiving it, and include photos of the outer packaging and any damage. We cannot be held responsible for damage reported after that time.

Returns and exchanges
In line with our Refund Policy, products with a final price of $399 or more cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your selection on the product page carefully before ordering. Because we can’t refund these products, we encourage you to reach out to us at support@northwoodshumidors.com with any questions or concerns before you place your order, and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right fit. Defective products
If your humidor has a mechanical defect, you may request an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date by logging into your Customer Account. Whether we provide an exchange or a refund is at our discretion. Exchanged items ship only to the original shipping address on the order, and the defective item must be returned with all of its original components.

Cancellations
Your humidor is ordered from the manufacturer specifically for you, so if you change your mind, please contact us at support@northwoodshumidors.com as quickly as possible, before your order is placed with the manufacturer if you can. The sooner you reach out, the more we can do to help. We also reserve the right to cancel an order in limited circumstances, such as when our payment processor flags a payment as suspected fraud. We’ll notify you if this happens, and any payment made will be refunded per our cancellation policy. See our full Refund Policy for details.
